Costanza De Rogatis
Costanza De Rogatis (Caracas, 1976) received a Bachelor of Arts from the Central University of Venezuela. Photography diploma from the Triennial program of the Fondazione Studio Marangoni in Florence, Italy. She has curated Venezuelan art for institutions such as the Museo Alejandro Otero, the Museo Carlos Cruz-Diez, and the Sala Mendoza. As part of her photographic training she has participated in several workshops with renowned photographers such as Rineke Dikjstra, Arno Minkkinen, Elina Brotherus, Abelardo Morell, and Anna Fox among others. Her work has been exhibited in several group exhibitions in Venezuela and Europe and published in the journal OjodePez and Rearviewmirror Magazine. In 2016 she presented her first solo show, Puente [Bridge], in the city of Caracas. She currently serves as curator of the collection of the Fundación Empresas Polar. She develops her photographic work independently.
